UPDATE FROM BARCLAY MiS 5th September
Dear Clients,
Again I express regret that I have to involve our valued clients in the ongoing dispute between ourselves and our former employee, Tracey Burnell.
We did give Ms Burnell the opportunity to voluntarily agree to desist from using confidential information obtained during her employment with us and to cease marketing to our existing clients based upon again upon information obtained during the course of her employment.
Unfortunately, Ms Burnell chose not to agree to this and as a consequence we were forced to apply to the Supreme Court of Queensland for injunctive relief against her.
On Friday 4 September 2009 Mr Justice Douglas of the Supreme Court granted interim Orders in our favour against Ms Burnell.
For your information, we have made a copy of the Order available for your perusal. To view please

In light of the Orders I would caution anyone to carefully consider their options in terms of the offers that have been circulated by Protection and Collection Pty Ltd.
Yours faithfully,
David Banks
