Ever heard the saying “You get nothing for free/” Well at Barclay MiS Protect & Collect that is not true.  We recently recovered over $5800 outstanding in sales commission for Free, yes that’s right it cost the agent nothing to have us recover the money on their behalf.

Had the agent not had access to our free service, the agent could have been up for hundreds of dollars in legal fees or even worse just written the debt off and let the debtor get away with it.  And all this in less than 2 weeks!! 09-12-09 – file and supporting information received in our office

14-12-09 – contact made with debtor they do not agree with the amount outstanding relayed conversation to Agent, we receive more supporting documentation regarding the claim – Debt owing in excess of $5800

15-12-09- Debtor claims he does not owe the full amount outstanding

16-12-09 – Advise debtor if claim is not paid in full within 1 week we will be proceeding with legal action – and send letter stating the same

17-1209 – Contact from agent confirming the debt had been paid in full
